​In its early years, the Stewartstown Railroad ticketed passengers to points on its line and across the country. Turnpike was a village, also known as Hungerford, along the Susquehanna Trail in what is now a part of Shrewsbury, Pennsylvania.

Baltimore Streetcar Museum
Located on the site of the Maryland & Pennsylvania ("Ma & Pa") Railroad's Baltimore terminal this organization operates a fleet of authentic streetcars that actually operated on the streets of Baltimore until 1963. Click below for their website:

Great Scale Model Train and Railroad Collectibles Show
One of the larger shows of its kind in the country. Held four times each year at the Maryland State Fairgrounds in Timonium, Maryland. Click below for their website:

Walkersville Southern Railroad
Operates excursion trains and a museum along a portion of the former Pennsylvania Railroad's York & Frederick line. Walkersville is just a few miles north of Frederick, Maryland off of U.S. Route 15. Click below for their website:

WesternMaryland Railway Historical Society Museum
Located in Union Bridge, Maryland along the former Western Maryland Railway main line (now operated by the Maryland Midland division of Genesee & Wyoming Railroad) in Carroll County, Maryland. The museum is housed in the former WM office building and station. Click below for their website:
